What is Cloud Hosting? It is an interesting concept that is quite different from the conventional web hosting services. Cloud hosting is the on Demand availability of computer hardware resources, specifically computer server resources, without active direct administration by the user. Large cloud-based services often have many functions clustered together across multiple geographic locations, each geographical location being an independent data center. The user simply downloads the program, uploads the data to the server, and the service is then provided. With on Demand provision of server resources, cloud hosting allows a business to obtain the necessary hardware and software on demand.
